About the event
Join us for an inspiring journey through history on the Walter de Gant Roam—a captivating 10.5-mile walk through the picturesque town of Bridlington and its surrounding landscapes. This exploration will take place on Saturday, September 21st, starting and ending at the Priory in Bridlington Old Town.
Our route begins at Bridlington Priory and takes us through the historic streets of Bridlington Old Town, steeped in medieval history. We'll then head towards Boynton, enjoying the transition from town to charming countryside.
As we continue, we'll pass through Bessingby Village before reaching South Sands, where we can soak in the coastal views. The scenic stroll along the Promenade will lead us by Bridlington Harbour and the iconic Bridlington Spa, culminating our journey back at the Priory.
